Developer Arthur Kontogiannis has paid an overdue $1,500 Albany City Court fine on his Olympian Acres development.
Kontogiannis paid the penalty last week, according to Building Commissioner Michael D. Haydock. The payment, ordered by City Court Judge E. David Duncan in January, came a day after The Times Union had contacted the builder's attorney, Peter Lynch, on several aspects of Duncan's order which have remained unresolved for almost a year.
