ENCON DENIES IGNORING TOWN'S SEWAGE PROBLEMS.(Local)

CLIFTON PARK - Supervisor Kevin M. Dailey has complained to a top state Environmental Conservation official that the town has gotten the cold shoulder in trying to address a "dangerous" sewage problem. That allegation was flatly denied Monday by an EnCon spokesman.

In a Feb. 29 letter to EnCon Region V Regional Engineer Wiley Lavigne, Dailey claimed that there are major problems in the sewage company operated by developer Robert Van Patten.
